Regional Conferences in International commercial litigation

The pan-American system of international commercial litigation resorted to conferences at a regional level, beginning in 1826, though they did not yield tangible results till the Washington Conference of 1885. These conferences had a periodic character after that and culminated in the formation of the OAS regalare alla mamma.
